James Hawkins

Welcome to James Hawkins State Farm!

My name is James Hawkins, and I’m excited to bring my extensive experience and genuine passion for helping others to my role here in Macon, Georgia and beyond.

I hold an MBA from Georgia College and State University and began my career at SunTrust Bank, now Truist Bank, where I served as a bank officer. Since 2002, I've proudly served as a State Farm Agent in Macon. My journey with State Farm began over a decade earlier in our claims department.

My wife, Marquita, and I have been married since 1984. We are blessed with two adult children and two grandchildren. We are active members of Covenant Life Cathedral, where we lead the family life ministry and the marriage couples' ministry. For over 20 years, we have hosted married couples retreats, reaching out to couples across Middle Georgia. I also serve on the board of directors for Covenant Life Cathedral and am involved with the 100 Black Men of Macon/Middle Georgia, where I chair the Health and Wellness Committee. Our mission is to enhance community health and well-being by providing valuable resources and support.

I am deeply committed to serving both my church and the broader community. My passion lies in helping others navigate their insurance and financial needs.
